Who's Bertha?Bertha Combat is a small company that produces one-of-a-kind objects for those who relish traditional joinery, methods and hand tools. We currently offer select pieces by commission but plan to offer a staple of signature products in the near future. In the Bertha shop, prized exotic and domestic woods are selected for grain and workability before being hand milled by restored vintage tools. Ours is a quiet shop, as the use of powered machinery is kept to a minimum. If you like the idea of a rusted, long forgotten tool finding new life in the making of your project, a piece from the Bertha Combat shop might be a welcome addition to your home.
